Children under the age of twelve accompanied by one or two adults stay free. Adult rates apply to all teenagers.

The fire pit, barbecue and backyard are yours free of charge — just bring your own wood and food.

Good to know

Check-in & check-out: Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. onward and check-out is by 11:30 a.m. There are no curfews.
Breakfast: A full hot European-style breakfast with homemade sourdough, cooked to order and served any time before 10:30 a.m.
Booking: Request a room right on this site, or call or email — either way, you’ll hear back from Les directly to confirm. A credit card number is taken to hold the room. Toll-free: 1-866-484-9959.
Payment: We accept credit card, debit, cash or e-transfer, payable on arrival.
Cancellation: Twenty-four hours’ notice is required for cancellation, or a one hundred percent cancellation fee will apply.
Pets: We love pets, but not everybody does — so we do not allow pets of any kind on the property.
Bed setup: We offer either a king bed or two twin beds — let us know your preference when you book.
Bathrooms: Each room has its own private washroom, just steps from the bedroom door.
The beaches: We are steps away from Franklin Park and beach, and two minutes’ walking distance from De La Salle park and beach.
